Can only be obtained while playing as Henry or Tainted Henry.

Once 13 flies or dips have been killed in a room, every subsequent kill on these enemies will spawn a Devil Cross.

The amount of crosses currently held is displayed below the stats on the HUD.

Picking up a cross will darken the room for 2.5 seconds.

Various rewards are given based on the total amount of Devil Crosses collected throughout a run, when the number contains 6:
• 6 → 6 Pennies.
• 16 → Black Locust.
• 26 → 6 friendly dips.
• 36 → 6 reward buttons.
• 46 → 6 Spiked Chests
• 56 → 6 trinkets from the Evil Trinkets item group.
• 60 → 6 black poops.
• 61 → 6 pills.
• 62 → 6 Micro Batteries.
• 63 → 6 XV - The Devil cards.
• 64 → 6 Double Pennies.
• 65 → 6 Half Hearts.
• 66/166/266/366/466/566 → item from the Devil Room item pool.
• 67 → 6 Keys.
• 68 → 6 Bombs.
• 69 → 6 Half Soul Hearts.
• 76 → 6 Devil Beggars.
• 86 → 6 Red Chests.
• 96 → 6 Grab Bags.
• 106 → 6 Lil' Batteries
• 116 → The Fallen.
• 216 → Krampus.
• 316 → The Dark One.
• 416 → Uriel.
• 516 → The Adversary.
• 606 → 6 Lucky Pennies.
• 616 → Gabriel.
• 626 → 6 Nickels.
• 636 → 6 Key Rings.
• 646 → 6 Double Bombs.
• 656 → 6 Soul Suckers.
• 660 → 6 runes.
• 661 → 6 Bomb Chests.
• 662 → 6 Locked Chests.
• 663 → 6 Red Chests.
• 664 → 6 Mega Batteries.
• 665 → 6 Dimes.
• 666 → 6 items from the Devil Room item pool.

Maxes out at 666 - the HUD counter turns red at this point. Each subsequent pickup will spawn a Black Dip.

Every other number including a 6 and not listed above will spawn one of the following: 6 Black Locust, 6 Black Dips, 6 Pressure Plates, or 6 Poops.

Using Eraser on both a regular Fly and Dip will cause events that usually spawn these enemies, to instead spawn Devil Crosses, e.g. destroying poops and room clear rewards.

6 of them will spawn when using Eraser on the Henry enemy.
